What we make

Confection means something "confected"—or, put together—from several different ingredients or elements. All our confections are made from a base of sugar, combined with various ingredients including milk, butter, chocolate, nuts, fruit, herbs, etc. 

A confectionery is much more than a candy store, it's an artisan operation creating handmade and delicious treats!

Brittle - Crunchy, nutty goodness!
Toffee - Crumbly and buttery, layered with chocolate, fruits, nuts, and more
Fudge - A blend of chocolate, fruit, nuts, and other flavors hand-mixed right on our granite countertop.
Chocolates - Milk, dark, and white chocolate shells with luxurious fillings like nougat, ganache, fruit compote, and penuche.
Special treats - Marshmallows, candied fruit and nuts, peppermints, chocolate bark, caramels, and more!
