What we use

All my confections are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from New England farms and forests. We never buy frozen!

Ingredients that I can’t find locally due to climate are still sourced direct from growers, like cacao farm cooperatives for chocolate.

 

Here are just a few of our local ingredients:

  • Herbs straight from my kitchen garden!
  • Milk, cream, and butter from cows right here in NH
  • Popcorn from heritage grain grown in Connecticut
  • Cranberries pulled right out of the bogs on the Cape.
  • Foraged native edibles like black walnuts, spring violets, sarsaparilla and summer berries.

We put a lot of time and effort into sourcing, and our list of suppliers changes frequently. Reach out to us if you want to know what farms and vendors were used in our current batch of product!
